Spicy tofu balls are a really tasty idea to make tofu inviting. Tofu is a little-loved food in western countries. In Asia, it is one of the main foods, source of so many noble proteins and nutrients. The quality of Asian tofu is difficult to have in other areas of the world where, often, soy (of which tofu is made) is genetically modified. To have a really healthy product it is important to choose organic tofu, produced from soy, not genetically modified.
This recipe is made with oregano, thyme and dried chili, special and delicious ingredients. I love to use them when I prepare these delicious tofu balls. They are perfect with seasonal organic salad and also ideal to make spaghetti with vegan balls sauce.
