Natural beauty skin care: my experience
For my skin care, I rely on products made with natural ingredients.
At least once a week, I love preparing natural masks and scrubs for my face and body. As a girl, I did it more for fun, stealing some secrets from grandma and mom, both with beautiful skin. Growing up, despite having at my disposal a wide range of products (which I alternate to prevent the skin get used to products always the same), I do not give up my homemade beauty routine because it is one of those relaxing rituals that also gratifies my skin.
Fruit and vegetables, especially if ripe, become recyclable to create effective masks. Brown sugar and salt are perfect ingredients for effective and non-invasive facial scrubs. And olive oil confirms that it is one of the most precious allies for our health and also for skin care.
Many natural cosmetic products contain salicylic acid, to which I am allergic, so I have learned to be independent, especially when my trusted products are not available.
My list for the homemade beauty routine is really simple to make and I suggest you try it.
