Orange vegan cups is delicious snack or healthy breakfast idea. The creamy, gluten-free rice yogurt blends perfectly with crunchy almonds, halzelnuts and raisin. Oranges, caramelized with date syrup, served warm on the cups, are the sweet key of this seasonal, easy and quick recipe.
250 g (9 oz) white rice yogurt
1 tbsp dates syrup
2 organic oranges
1 tbsp coconut sugar
4 tbsp white almonds, toasted and chopped
1 tbsp hazelnuts, toasted and chopped
1 tbsp raisin
- Stir the yogurt with a spoon of date syrup. Clean the oranges, cut and slices them. In pan brown them with coconut sugar.
- Pour half of the oranges on the bottom of the glasses, add 100 g of yogurt and 1 tablespoon of almonds, hazelnuts and raisins for each glass.
- Add the other half of the oranges slices and serve.
